A boutique suite at Freedom Suites, 392 Logan Rd, Stone Corner
Parking: 2 hour free parking in the Aldi carpark access via Cleveland Street or limited parking on Logan Road out front of Freedom Suites.
Now, for the important details.
What we are doing to keep you safe
We have always maintained the highest hygiene standards at the clinic, and we understand it is now essential to communicate with you xtraordinary lengths we go to in clinic to always protect you from cross-contamination and also how we have increased our hygiene practices even further, as per our government policy:
Fresh towels replaced for every client with a disposable bed sheet over the top
The use of disposable treatment tools including applicators and headbands
The sterilisation of all equipment before and after each treatment, including devices and all surfaces
Liquids and cremes decanted for application, therefore packaging never coming into contact with clients
Strict Therapist protocols include frequent washing of hands followed by hand sanitiser and the use of hospital grade disinfectant throughout the clinic, including reception, chairs, doors, door handles, benches, any surface we can think of, really!
- We will be limiting the number of people on the premises - our appointments will be spaced in time to allow for minimal cross over, or too many people in the clinic at one time.
We have stepped up our procedures and adopted extra measures in terms of cleaning, disinfecting and physical protection (surgical masks & medical gloves) to ensure the safety of you and The Skin Suite team.
How can you help?
Just you: Please don’t bring anyone with you to your appointment for now, including children. We have strict restrictions for people per sqm on the business premises, and with only one suite at 9sqm, we can accommodate only yourself and your Skin Strategist at your appointment.
Use the hand sanitizer provided at The Skin Suite: When arriving for your appointment, please use the hand sanitiser at reception upon entering and leaving the clinic.
Masks: We understand from the official government website; it is unnecessary to wear a mask if a person is not displaying symptoms. However, if you would prefer your Skin Suite therapist to wear a mask during the treatment, let reception know.
If you’re unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.
When you arrive in clinic, we’ll ask you:
– Are you experiencing any respiratory symptoms, such as a cough or sore throat?
– Have you travelled overseas or interstate in the past 14 days?
– Have you been in contact with any suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19
Arrive at your appointment time, and we’ll take you straight through to the treatment room once you’ve checked in.
Allow us to check your temperature if neccesary.
Let us know if you become unwell after visiting the clinic; and as always, let us know if you have any adverse affects from your treatment.
Walk-ins and pick up: All appointments must be by appointment only. If you would like to collect your online product order at the Suite, we invite you to arrange a time with us, as we can’t accept walk ins for this either.
You can order online 24/7 for delivery or ‘click & collect’. We are currently offering free delivery for orders of $150 and more.
